Rick Waldenmayer Auto Service is the company responsible for keeping all of our police vehicles up and running. Nearly all of the service performed on the police vehicles is performed at Rick Waldenmayer Auto Service. The workmanship of this business has been outstanding and professional. Rick Waldenmayer Auto Service has entered into a special agreement with the Bellevue Police Department that results in a substantial savings for routine oil changes and related service. When you see our police vehicles on the street, you are probably seeing some of the craftsmanship of Sharp Technologies. Sharp Technologies has created many of the metal brackets and fixtures used to mount the special police equipment in our vehicles. Items such as radio mounts, antenna mounts, window bars, and cage brackets are all examples of items that have been provided to the Bellevue Police Department by Sharp Technologies. If you look closely at the bicycles racks used by our Bicycle Officers, you will see the genius of the men at Sharp Technologies.

For a small department, and a small city, Bellevue has a fairly sophisticated computer network system. Maintaining that system is no easy job. SB Comp provides much of the computer hardware used by the Bellevue Police Department. In addition to providing hardware at substantially reduced prices, Steve Brun, owner of SB Comp, has provided a wealth of technical advice and emergency service on our computer system. Mr. Brun has also made several donations to the Police Department’s COPP Program, which is used for programs such as Shop With A Cop.

The Bellevue Police Department organizes a Flag Day Ceremony each year, near Flag Day (June 14). The ceremony is held to honor the flag of the United States of America, and to help our citizens dispose of worn American Flags appropriately. CherryCreek Cabinet Designs is helping us with this project. CherryCreek Cabinet Designs has donated a specially designed cabinet that has been placed in the Bellevue City Building. Citizens may deposit old American Flags in this cabinet. The flags will be folded and stored in a respectful manner until they are properly disposed after the Flag Day Ceremony each year.

The Bellevue Police Department holds a Flag Day Ceremony each year, near Flag Day (June 14). The ceremony is held to honor the flag of the United States of America, and to help our citizens dispose of worn American Flags appropriately. When someone brings a flag to the Police Department for disposal, replacement flags are offered for sale. The National Flag Company produces those flags and provides them to the Police Department at such a low price that we are able to sell them to raise funds for the Police Department's COPP Program, which is used for programs such as Shop With A Cop. The National Flag Company carries a wide line flags and banners, and will even produce specialty items.

Rick Schmidt, better known as "Chili Rick" is the owner of the Gold Star Chili in Bellevue, KY. Chili Rick is a big community supporter, sponsoring several programs for area schools, children’s organizations and civic groups. He serves on the Board of Managers for the Buenger Boys & Girls Club in Campbell County, and he is also a big supporter of the fire and police departments. The most recent help provided by Chili Rick and the Bellevue Gold Star store was their agreement to donate a bicycle and other items for the Bellevue Safety Fair, which took place September 13, 2003.

Joe’s Crab Shack is one of our generous partners. Most recently, Joe’s Crab Shack donated the Grand Prize dinners for the 14 winners of the Right to Read program. In addition to these donations, Joe’s discounted the meals for all of the chaperones for the event. The children had a great time at Joe’s! The Right to Read program may not have been possible without their generosity.

Agape Design Mfg. has a long standing policy of working for the betterment of the community. The owners, Lynda & Steve Rolf, have provided trophies and awards to the Buenger Boys & Girls Club (for many of their fund raising events) at special prices for years . Steve worked as a member of the Board of Managers for the club for several years. Recently, Agape Design provided all of the awards for the Bellevue Police Baseball Team at substantially reduced prices. Because of the help of Agape Design, the Police Department was able to give a special award to every member of our team.

Fessler's Pasquale's is one of our generous partners. Most recently, Fessler's Pasquale's donated all of the pizzas and drinks for the Bellevue Police Baseball Team's year end Pizza Party. Fessler's Pasquale's donated food for the 15 ball players as well as all of the coaches and police officers present. The ball team had a great time at Fessler's Pasquale's!
